Insanity


That about sums is up. 



Seriously though.  This is probably one of the best at home workouts I have ever tried.  If you like working out at home and haven't already tried it.  You should!  My sister let me borrow the first half of her program awhile ago, and I got hooked!

Even if you think you're in pretty good shape, it is HARD!  The best thing about it, though?  Absoloutely NO equipment needed. (Well, except a TV and DVD player of course!) 

I usually do not sweat that much, and by the end of the workouts, I am dripping in sweat.  Seriously.  What exactly do you do, you ask?  Insanity is "packed with plyometric drill on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power resistance, and ab and core training moves."

You know how in most workout videos you feel stupid for stopping because all the people in the video seem to be just fine?  Well, this one make me feel like it's ok to stop.  Know why?  Because even the fit people in the video with super toned bodies have to stop!


I am going to start it up again tomorrow after a little hiatus, so I'll have a later post showing you my results!
